Liberating Estates wants to help residents control or close down their estate management arrangements.
How we do it?
We will help residents take control with no financial outlay. We will take over your estate management company arrangements and run them with residents guidance. We’ll guarantee to not charge higher management fees in the first year, and we will try to reduce all costs where we can.
Once we have completed a full handover from your existing Property Manager we will agree a strategy, if there is a possibility to close the estate management arrangements down.
We will run your estate management company with input from residents including suggestions for good local suppliers and how residents want any services provided.
We’ll respond to requests promptly and only charge reasonable charges when people buy or sell a property on the estate.
If we can agree with residents and your local council to close down your estate management arrangements we will guide residents through that process.
