We would suggest you start speaking to your neighbours and posting on any local Facebook group in your area to get volunteers and support for taking control.​

Collect the documents (an original transfer from the builder to the first owner, a copy of a title deeds register for a property, a service charge statement and your name) and email them to info@liberatingestates.co.uk

​We think it is a really simple choice. If we can help you, there are no downsides, but it will take a few volunteers to spend some time over the next few months to get it done.

We will help you at every stage, you just need to want to make things better and be prepared to do something about it.
