What do you need to send?
Set out below are the three documents we need from you to start the process.
Title Register
Please send all pages of the title register. It should include a Property register, Proprietorship and Charges register.
TP1 - Original transfer from the builder to the first owner
This is usually quite a large document, please include all pages.
Service charge statement
Any recent statement will help us work out what your estate management company does. If you have something with details of the percentage of the charges you pay that is really helpful.
