How are we different?

We want to help residents escape from poorly run managing agents and expensive estate management charges.

We have created this company to do that with minimal financial outlay for residents, a guarantee that residents will help guide how the services are provided, management costs will not rise from existing levels, and each cost will be reviewed to see if they can be reduced. 

We will also help the residents to try to close the company down. We have already proved it is possible, but it does require time, knowledge, experience and support from residents.
